The location of Holiday Inn - Mannheim City - Hauptbahnhof, An Ihg was perfect for me, being right next to the train station. Despite its proximity, my room was incredibly quiet with its double windows. I had a room overlooking the train station, which provided a lovely view. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept really well. The staff at the hotel were friendly and always ready to help. I had a great stay and would happily return.

I did find the check-in process a bit lengthy, as I had to wait for someone to appear at the desk. During check-out, the staff member addressed me in English instead of German.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, just in front of the main train station. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff provided a warm welcome. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The Holiday Inn in Mannheim is just a minute away from the main train station. We loved the lovely river walk close by. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. Despite the windows facing the railway and a busy road, the room was amazingly quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and the early check-in process was smooth. The hotel had excellent soundproofing, good light-blocking, and effective air conditioning. The rooms were modern and clean, with a nice stone counter in the bathroom. The staff, especially Miss Anastasia and Mr. Jonas at the front desk, were exceptionally helpful and provided great suggestions for the city and surrounding areas. The spacious lobby was also a plus.
